We’re excited to welcome Khodr Najdi, M.OMSc., to the Wellness for the Body team!
Khodr is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, holding a Masters in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc.). He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Western University and is a professional member in good standing with the Ontario Osteopathic Association.
With a background as a certified Personal Training Specialist through CanFitPro, Khodr brings years of experience working with people of all ages. His passion for health and movement began with basketball and martial arts—where he holds a 2nd Dan black belt—and evolved into a deep dedication to helping others achieve optimal wellness.
As an Osteopathic Practitioner, Khodr works collaboratively with clients to help them reach their health goals, restore movement and function, and reduce both chronic and acute symptoms. He has successfully helped individuals manage chronic pain, athletic injuries, concussion-related symptoms, digestion issues, postural imbalances, stress, sleep issues, headaches, and migraines. His understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics allows him to approach each case holistically, using both his osteopathic training and fitness background to support long-term recovery and strength.
