Neuro-Proprioceptive Taping:

Excellent for helping athletes return to play and allow for a speedier return to work and normal daily activities.
Custom Orthotics and Medical Compression Socks:

Orthotics are designed to help correct misalignments of the foot, improve posture, and eliminate foot or leg pain. Compression socks are designed to apply pressure to your lower legs, helping to maintain blood flow and reduce discomfort and swelling.

Physiotherapy is an understanding of how and why movement and function take place. A physiotherapist will analyze the impact of injury, disease, disorders, or lifestyle on movement and function and aim to enhance or restore the function of many of the body's systems. Their approach incorporates a broad range of physical therapy and physiological therapeutic interventions and aids.

Hands-on treatment may include moving joints in specific directions and at different speeds to regain movement (joint mobilization and manipulation), muscle stretching, passive movements of the affected body part, or having the patient move the body part against the therapist’s resistance to improve muscle activation and timing. Specific soft tissue techniques such as manual trigger point release may also be used to improve the mobility and function of tissue and muscles.

Also, benefits include relief from pain, allergies, dizziness, insomnia, digestive issues, PMS, menopausal discomfort and more.
