Dr. Tara’s philosophy of healthy living has been instilled since a very young age. She ski-raced competitively, but now stays in shape by running road races. Dr. Tara began her pursuit of health and wellness by attending the University of Western Ontario earning an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology. She then attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Tara graduated with clinic honors and further enhanced her skills and education by attaining certification in Active Release Techniques®, Graston® Techniques, and Contemporary Medical Acupuncture. Dr. Tara has also completed the requirements needed to be Webster certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).

Dr. Caren Fortin, BHK, DC

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Caren has been working as a chiropractor in the Oakville area since 2007. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Windsor. She later graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College at the top of her class. Dr. Caren has a hands-on practice and treats patients using a variety of techniques including manual hands-on adjustments, mobilizations, soft tissue/muscle treatment, drop piece adjustments, activator, rehabilitation exercises, McKenzie therapies, rocktape/neuro-proprioceptive applications, and patient education. Dr. Fortin believes that an active lifestyle is essential to overall health and also practices what she preaches. An athlete all her life, Dr. Fortin has been involved in competitive track & field, volleyball, and rowing. She has always enjoyed running, and now CrossFit as well.

Joti Mall, (Hon) BSc. Life Sci, MSc. PT, RPT

Registered Physiotherapist, Acupuncture & Dry Needling Provider

Joti completed her undergraduate degree at McMaster University. She then went on to pursue a Masters in Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton. After having experienced a serious sports injury herself, Joti understands the importance of physiotherapy and regaining confidence in returning to activities and sports. Joti incorporates hands-on techniques into her rehabilitation, which include soft tissue mobilizations, passive range of motion, trigger point release, Gua Sha, dry cupping, acupuncture and dry needling. She also includes rehabilitation exercises, tailored home exercise prescription, stretching and home education programs.

Dipti Kosadia, BPTh, M.Sc Neurorehabilitation, RPT

Registered Physiotherapist

Dipti is an experienced Registered Physiotherapist trained in India and United Kingdom. She incorporates McKenzie, Mulligan mobilization, myofascial release, dry cupping, and trigger point release into her treatment approach. Her practice is mainly aimed at ergonomical pains, postural dysfunction, spine problems, core strengthening and other day to day pains. She believes the most important part of therapy is to educate the patient so their condition can not only be treated thoroughly, but also prevented from reoccurring. Dipti enjoys working with children and specializes in paediatrics.

Lisa Marie Foreman, B.Sc., DO-MTP, M.OMSc.


Lisa Marie earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Guelph. She then went on to attain her Diploma in Massage Therapy from Sutherland-Chan. Lisa Marie continued her education as she completed her Masters of Osteopathic Manual Science and is a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. Lisa Marie has worked as a board examiner for the College of Massage Therapists of B.C. and operated her own clinic in North Vancouver. For over 20 years, Lisa Marie has been working in a variety of clinical settings from acquired brain injury patients and motor vehicle accident victims to common musculoskeletal issues.

Hong Ma, R.Ac., R.TCMP

Acupuncturist & TCM Practitioner

Hong Ma is a Registered TCM Practitioner and Registered Acupuncturist in Ontario. She completed her Chinese Medical degree from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine over a period of five years. She has past experience working extensively in the health care system of China. For the past 18 years she has been working in Toronto and Oakville, offering her services to a wide range of patients. Hong has been teaching Acupuncture and TCM at Academy Clinical Chinese Medicine of Toronto. She is a member in good standing with CTCMPAO and The Canadian Society of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.

Dr. Michelle Salga, BTR (dip.), BSc., ND

Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Michelle Salga is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor certified in bio-identical hormone therapy. She has a special interest in correcting hormone imbalances and works with a team of nurse practitioners to give her patients optimal care. Hormonal concerns such as menopause, thyroid imbalances, polycystic ovarian syndrome, infertility, low testosterone, low libido, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, post-partum hormonal deficiencies and menstrual disorders are simply a few common health concerns that are treated in her office successfully. Dr. Michelle treats health concerns of all kinds varying from digestive disturbances, chronic fatigue, skin problems and depression/anxiety. Being a Naturopathic Doctor, she uses natural treatments such clinical nutrition, herbs, homeopathy, acupuncture and supplementation to correct the health problem and possible nutritional deficiencies.

Evgenia (Jenny) Haugen, RMT

Jenny is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and has been working as a Massage Therapist since 2005. She has added various therapeutic techniques, including craniosacral therapy, that allow her to offer her clients the best care possible. Jenny also completed studies in 2017 at the College of the Rockies, graduating with her Practical Nursing Diploma. She believes that preventative and self-care of the body on a regular basis is the keystone to a pain-free healthy life. 

Lisa J. Rutherford, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist & Reiki Practitioner

A graduate of Trillium College, Lisa has been working as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2013. During college, she participated in monthly outreaches, treating clients with Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's. Lisa maintains a keen interest in working with clients who are affected by these conditions. As a mother, she recalls massaging all three of her children as infants. She took great pride in seeing how her gentle touch improved their sleep, digestion and overall contentment during and after massage. These were certainly influencing factors in Lisa’s decision to become a Massage Therapist as a second career…a perfect fit.

Takhir Almazbekov, RMT

Takhir is a graduate of the Oxford College Massage Therapy Program. Being a former professional sportsman, he knows how great it feels to be relieved of pain and discomfort. Takhir believes that massage therapy can help patients minimize pain and reach a higher level of health and wellness. He has treated a range of ailments from sports-related injuries to postural imbalances and chronic conditions. Takhir has a very caring and professional presence. It's his genuine compassion and professionalism, along with his customized massages to meet the needs of his client's, that keep them coming back.

Andrea Nederveen, RMT

Andrea is a graduate of the Canadian Therapeutic College and has been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist since 2005. She has had many opportunities to travel and it is a big part of her life. It was a trip down east that actually inspired her to build her own career as a massage therapist. Andrea has worked in both Spa and Chiropractic settings, treating a wide variety of conditions such as muscle pain, migraines, stress, fibromyalgia and degenerative diseases (e.g. Ankylosing Spondylitis, an inflammation of the joints between the spine and pelvis).

Cynthia Luo, RMT 

Registered Massage Therapist & Shiatsu Practitioner

Fully enjoying her career as an RMT, Cynthia’s passion and confidence is evident in all she does. She believes lifelong education is the way to continually improve knowledge and skills. Her reputation as a soft-tissue specialist came about from her unique style and technique. The extensive training she received in Chinese Tuina coupled with Swedish massage skills and Japanese shiatsu allow her clients to enjoy the best outcome for their condition. Treatments also include stretching and joint mobilization, if needed. Cynthia's job satisfaction comes when her clients express that they feel better, faster. 

Amanda Tune, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Amanda has been a Registered Massage Therapist since October of 2007. Her style is deep tissue, with an emphasis on therapeutic work. For several years, after her youngest of 2 daughters was born, she taught infant massage, and it continues to be an area of interest for her. Amanda’s other interests include fitness, and bodybuilding, and she plans to get her personal training certification in the near future. Other interests include travelling, making soap and reading.

Xin Zhang, RMT

Xin is a graduate of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology massage therapy program. He has always been enthusiastic about becoming a health care profession as he obtained his Honor Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Medical Science. His massage techniques are based on his proficient understanding of human anatomy and physiology. He knows the importance of massage therapy as it was a much-needed treatment to revitalize his muscles when he competed as an athlete in both track & field and table tennis. He still stays active working out on a daily basis and continuing to play various sports.

Zheng Zhu (Jason) Li, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Jason graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist from Everest College.  He is experienced in providing Swedish and deep tissue massage, effleurage, lymphatic drainage, hot stone, cupping and various other massage and relaxation techniques. Jason is very skilled in determining the best and appropriate course of treatment needed for each client and is able to guide clients through range of motion and other special tests. The care and improvement of each client is his number one priority and will continue to be throughout his career. Jason is constantly updating his skills and continues to improve as a practitioner, thus in the long run benefiting the needs of his clients.
