I have been going to Wellness for the Body for
over a year now. When I first decided to go, it was
to have an acupuncture treatment. I was skeptical but
the pain I was feeling in my knees and back gave me
the push to ‘try anything!’ I wouldn’t
let Banita touch my back until I could see what she
would do for my knees. Well, over one year later, I
still see her regularly and I have only one way to refer
to her…as my miracle worker! Today, not only am
I pain-free with my knees, but after a short time with
Banita, I felt confident in trusting her with my back.
That too is pain-free today and has been for well over
6 months now. A far cry from being bedridden for a month
and a half before I first saw Banita. Miracle worker
indeed!
I have also experienced a Reflexology treatment
from Christian and all I can say about that is…WOW!!!
The clinic has the best of the best working there and
I would trust any of them for any type of treatment
I would require! I am a lifetime member you might say!

I'm a runner and have had knee pain that had kept
me from running longer then 10min at a time. I tried
insoles, expensive shoes, softer surfaces, other therapies,
nothing would help. After 1 treatment of acupuncture
I was able to run again. I've gone 3x over the past
few months and I'm out running what I used to! The herapist
was great, informative and helpful giving me tips/exercises
to help.

A great place to go. I had a massage treatment and
it was top quality, with the therapist focussing on
my trouble spots and suggesting exercises to reduce

know I might not need to see you again! Well you were
right! Gary and I are now back in Scotland and are 21
weeks pregnant! We are delighted! I have been singing
