Celebrate Canada’s birthday with a blast in the historic harbour village of Bronte and in Bronte’s Heritage Park on the lake. Enjoy great food from local restaurants and others. There will be loads of fun FREE activities including:

Reiki Certification Course

Reiki, one of the most robust and powerful systems of healing on our planet, was introduced to the Western world by a Japanese Tendai Buddhist named Mikao Usui in the early 1900’s. Given the tremendous responsiveness of our life force energy, this ancient rediscovered natural healing technique, involved by the simple placement of hands onto the body, was designed to strengthen and amplify our energies, thoughts, beliefs, qualities, and vibrations to support out highest intentions and well-being.

Reiki demonstrates our ability to connect with, and harness Universal life force energy on all levels of human existence; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. There are three degrees of Reiki training; level I, level II, and Master / Teacher, which are not taught in the usual sense, but instead transferred to the student during a Reiki attunement provided by your Reiki Master / Teacher. The attunement opens and solidifies a student’s capacity to tap into the unlimited supply of life force energy to improve one's health on all levels of existence to greatly enhance their quality of life.

Reiki Practitioners and Masters are simply the conduits for Universal life force energy, resonating Reiki with life affirming and healing intent. Reiki clients and students come to understand that all healing comes from within, and that Reiki is a valuable complementary modality that always works for the highest good of all. In parallel to the limitless nature of the Universe, so is the potential of Reiki to transform one’s life.

Reiki classes, which are a combination of lecture, discussion and practice, take place once a week for three weeks. Additionally, students are encouraged to become more familiar with their new-found gifts between classes and to share insights and questions the following week.
